My name is Joshua and I have worked very hard to be well established in my 12 year + career. I live in The Woodlands and have a home, career, great community, and an awesome church. I'm old fashion in a sense that I'd rather meet someone in a grocery store than online, but let's give this the old college try, shall we?

A little about myself:
I am pretty goal driven. Having worked in professional environments such as the car industry and state politics (Texas House of Reps.) for over 12 years, I think I'd qualify myself as goal-driven.

I grew up hunting, fishing, and being on the lake. In fact, going to the family lake house is a favorite family pass time! I'm a pretty social person and love to be around people as my family is so involved in our local and state community. Living in this realm and as you can probably imagine, I talk to people all the time. Sometimes I just want to have a glass of wine, cook a pizza, and watch The Office or something funny! If you are looking for someone you feel comfortable being completely goofy and yourself with, I'm your guy! Someone who can be themselves with confidence is very attractive.

When I'm not at work or at the house you can find me on the Waterway in The Woodlands often with friends. I split season tickets to the Astros with a couple buddies so I am at Minute Maid a few evenings out of the month. I find it necessary to stay physically active for the sake of my sanity. I enjoy working out 4-5 mornings of the week.

I was raised around a lot of adults... most of my peers are a little older than me and married. I am serious about my faith. That being said, grace abounds in my household. I wouldn't consider myself legalistic or judgmental. My life has had too many of its fair share of struggles to expect perfection. It would be great to meet someone like minded and feels free to be their corky selves like me! I am pretty content in this stage of life, but I would rather be with a life partner.
I grew up with dogs, but I do not have any right now. They definitely need two sets of eyes... and you can't just have one.
Anywhere where we can have a drink and listen to live music. Waterway in The Woodlands or take an occasional trip downtown. Lake Conroe is a regular spot during the summer.
The Office, Parks and Rec... pretty much anything that is funny. Action/adventure movies. Love to listen to podcasts. Christian, country, rock music.. an occasional guilty pleasure is techno/dance/dub step when the situation calls for it.. judge not.
I love Astros games.. season tickets what what! I work a lot so anything that I can do to be outdoors.. running, lake house, jet skis, fishing, walking around waterway in The Woodlands, eating out, going out for coffee with friends. 2$ Rita night.
Not to sound like a Bible thump-er, but I do read it most often. I am about routine and reading is part of it. I try to stay up to date with the news and online articles as well.
Although I have worked for the State of Texas as a legislative director for the House of Representatives, I have also worked for Lexus, the car company, for 12 years now. I sell new cars for a local Lexus dealership. Teaching asst. for Sam Houston.
Political Science and History. Graduate studies started, not completed.
