Hello! My name is Briiana, but everyone here calls me Max.

Short version : I'm looking for someone to conquer the world with.

I recently moved to the Bay Area from Missouri. I'm a city-girl at heart with a Midwest upbringing. You know- the kind of girl who likes to wear all black and has tattoos, but also makes the best peach pie and is mom-approved.

My career is very important to me- I am scrappy, determined, and goal oriented. I would love to find someone who loves their job and is passionate about their goals. I'm not the kind of girl that will complain that you work too much (in fact, you might claim that I do).

I am a big nerd, and spend most of my (limited) free time reading (I went to school for English). My favorite book is The Picture of Dorian Gray, and my favorite poem is Eloa. Runner-ups include : Lolita, The Handmaid's Tale, and Eragon (don't judge me- I warned you that I was a nerd). Bonus points if you know what those are and aren't worried about their implications.

I like to think that I'm funny (puns & dad jokes make up about 80% of my comedic arsenal), but mostly I like to laugh. I'm endlessly attracted to wit.

I am equally comfortable in a suit, ballgown, or yoga pants. Jeans are tricky because I have long legs and they never fit quite right.

I played basketball in high school, and know enough about sports to not embarrass you in front of your friends (go Cards!).

Weekends will find me at the farmers market or the grocery store with my two boys, who are 2 and 3 years old (and never stop eating).

My future holds either a very large dog, or a horse. Currently unclear which.
