I’m a friendly, hardworking, and easygoing guy who loves exploring the world around me. I love travel, nature, and using photography to express that passion. I balance that side of me with the part that enjoys spending a lazy day at home or around town, often a necessity during the hotter times of the year down here. I’d love to find someone with similar interests and passions to enjoy these things together with.
I have a cat that I adopted about six months ago. She is very friendly, even to strangers, so don't expect the stereotypical aloof cat experience if you ever meet her.
Local coffee shops, the bars on Frenchmen Street, art galleries on Julia Street, Crescent Park in Marigny/Bywater (all in New Orleans).
I like a wide variety of music and TV/movies. Musically, I'm partial to classic rock, more modern alternative rock, and folk. I also love science fiction and in other genres specifically shows like The Shield, Game of Thrones, among many others.
Listening to music, visiting art galleries, reading new books, video games, watching movies, watching sports (baseball and football especially), exploring new places, going for long walks around the city.
Currently reading "Dead Wake" by Erik Larson, I'm a big fan of his work.
I work as an engineer in the oil industry.
I was raised catholic, but as I grew older I drifted away from organized religion and have no plans of returning.
