I do love to hike in state parks, but that doesn't do it justice. There are very few things that compare to getting up at 7:00 in the morning and preparing to go to O'Leno State Park on a Sunday. Arriving just in time to see a white mist that silently drifts over the Santa Fe River. In the early morning hours, the river shimmers like glass. It's a calming experience to be free of all modern-day distractions and find oneself immersed in nature. I do believe that human beings on some level do possess a yearning desire and instinct to return to our primal roots.

Respect is a word that governs my every action and it is a key tenet of my philosophy and approach to life. My life motto is to treat people the way I would want to be treated.

The reason I'm on this site is simple. I'm a bachelor that is looking for a casual dating relationship with the hopes that it could blossom into something much more meaningful. My intention for using this site is not to scavenge for one-night stands, but rather to find fascinating and intelligent women to talk to.

The book I'm reading now is a Napoleon: A Life. It is a biography about the life of Napoleon Bonaparte. I enjoy reading the biographies of great historical leaders. I'm still waiting for the next Game of Thrones book to come out.
